AIRWASH-50 – Automatic Air Jet Vacuum Cleaning Machine

The AIRWASH-50 is an Automatic Air Jet Vacuum Cleaning Machine designed for efficient cleaning of glass, plastic, and PET bottles, jars, and other suitable containers. The machine operates at a maximum speed of 50 bottles per minute and uses a combination of compressed air jets and vacuum suction for effective container cleaning.

The Air Jet Vacuum Bottle Cleaning Machine is suitable for containers used in non-sterile product applications, including dry syrup filling lines, bulk tablet packing lines, and capsule packaging lines. Its air-and-vacuum cleaning system helps remove loose particles and contaminants from the inside of bottles and containers before further processing.

The machine features a built-in turntable that feeds containers in a vertical position through the conveyor to the cleaning station. At the cleaning station, specially designed cleaning heads grip the container using cup holders. Compressed air is then directed through the internal air jets while vacuum suction removes loosened particles from the container.

The AIRWASH-50 Air Jet Cleaning Machine is manufactured with a stainless-steel finish, while product-contact parts are made from SS 316 and nylon materials. An overload clutch system is provided to help prevent machine jamming during operation. The cleaning manifold consists of inner nozzles that deliver compressed air into the bottle and an outer socket that covers the bottle mouth. The outer socket is connected to a vacuum line or suction blower to support effective removal of particles during the cleaning process.
