BOTTLEWASH-120 Automatic Linear Bottle Washing Machine
The BOTTLEWASH-120 is an Automatic Linear Bottle Washing Machine designed for efficient washing of round and flat-shaped glass, PET, and plastic bottles ranging from approximately 30 ml to 200 ml. This high-speed Linear Bottle Washing Machine can operate at a maximum speed of 120 bottles per minute, depending on bottle size and application requirements.
The machine is manufactured with a fully stainless-steel construction, including the machine frame. All parts coming in contact with the washing zones and washing jets are made from SS 316 material. The BOTTLEWASH-120 Bottle Washing Machine is suitable for applications in the pharmaceutical, food, distillery, and other industries where consistent and efficient bottle cleaning is required.
This Linear Bottle Washer uses intermittent bottle handling to provide sufficient washing time while helping optimize water consumption. Water spraying starts as the washing nozzle enters the bottle neck, supporting efficient internal bottle washing. The machine features five configurable washing zones, with each zone equipped with 10 nozzles for effective washing. It also includes an external bottle washing system and can be customized according to bottle size, shape, and required washing sequence.
