Rotary Bottle Washing Machine
Rotary Bottle Washing Machine designed for efficient internal and external washing of bottles ranging from 15 ml to 1000 ml. The machine can operate at a maximum speed of 90 bottles per minute, making it suitable for pharmaceutical and other industries requiring reliable and consistent bottle cleaning.This Automatic Bottle Washing Machine is manufactured with a stainless-steel construction and uses SS-316 material for parts that come in contact with the washing zone and washing jets. The intermittent bottle handling mechanism provides sufficient washing time for effective cleaning. The machine features four configurable washing zones and external bottle washing, allowing the washing sequence to be customized according to the bottle type and customer requirements.
The BOTTLEWASH-90 Rotary Bottle Washer can be customized for different bottle shapes, sizes, and washing sequences. Change parts can be provided according to the required bottle size. For applications requiring a lower production speed and a more compact machine, the BOTTLEWASH-60 model is also available with a maximum speed of 60 bottles per minute.
