The Automatic High Speed Rotary Monoblock Dry Syrup Powder Filling and Capping Machine Model DRYFILL-120RC is designed for high-speed and accurate filling and capping of dry syrup powder into Glass, Plastic, PET, HDPE and LDPE bottles. This automatic powder filling machine can operate at speeds of up to 120 bottles per minute, depending on powder fill volume, powder type, bottle diameter and bottle neck diameter.

The machine features a stainless steel finish with a heavy-duty M.S. frame structure and S.S. cladding. All powder-contact parts are manufactured from SS316 material and HDPE funnels, while machine enclosures are made from SS304 material. The proven vacuum and air filling system provides high-speed powder filling with consistent filling accuracy.

A unique bottle lifting and neck holding system helps prevent powder spillage on the bottle shoulder, neck and body, reducing product wastage and keeping bottles clean. The monoblock design combines filling and capping operations in a compact footprint, making the machine suitable for applications where efficient space utilization is required.

The rotary bottle and funnel movement system ensures smooth, high-speed powder filling by moving the funnel along with the bottles. Synchronized operation of the bottle infeed star wheel, powder wheel, outfeed star wheel and capping system supports reliable machine performance. A unique vibratory system inside the funnel also assists in filling semi-free-flow powders at higher speeds.

The machine can be configured for both ROPP (Alu. Cap) and Screw Cap applications with suitable change parts. For combined ROPP and screw capping applications on the same machine, the Screw Cap thread should not have more than 1.5 turns for capping. For separate applications, different cap types can be used without this limitation.
