The DRYFILL-250i-Twin is an Automatic Twin Head - Twin
Track
Injectable Powder Filling with Rubber Stoppering
Machine designed
for accurate and efficient filling of round vials. The machine can
operate at a
maximum speed of 240 vials per minute in a single-dose
system.
It features a fully stainless steel construction, including the machine
frame,
for reliable operation in pharmaceutical powder filling applications.
Built-in
turntables at the in-feed and out-feed sections have individual drives
to match
incoming and outgoing vial speeds, ensuring smooth and synchronized vial
handling.
All powder contact parts are manufactured from SS316
material
for improved hygiene and easy cleaning.
The machine is equipped with a Twin Head - Twin Track Eight Port
Powder
Wheel System operating on vacuum and air systems for
controlled powder
filling into vials. An integrated vibrator-type rubber stoppering system
performs
stopper insertion continuously in synchronization with the machine
speed. The
double-track vial movement system combined with the twin-head powder
wheel system
enables a maximum output of 240 vials per minute. Each
twin-head
filling system can deliver up to 120 vials per minute
for higher
fill volumes and double-dose applications. This makes the
DRYFILL-250i-Twin a
suitable automatic injectable powder filling machine
for
pharmaceutical manufacturing requirements.
