VIALWASH-120 – Automatic Linear Tunnel Type Vial Washing Machine
The VIALWASH-120 Automatic Linear Tunnel Type Vial Washing Machine is designed for washing round pharmaceutical vials from approximately 5 ml to 30 ml, with a maximum speed of 120 vials per minute depending on vial size. A specially designed version is also available for 2 ml vials.
The machine is constructed with a stainless steel finish, including the frame structure. All parts coming in contact with the washing zone and cleaning jets are made from SS316 material. Its intermittent vial handling system provides extended washing time and helps reduce water consumption through the No Container – No Water system.
The VIALWASH-120 Vial Washing Machine features five washing zones, each equipped with 10 nozzles for effective vial washing. The washing sequence can be customized according to customer requirements. The machine also includes an external vial washing facility and a built-in air wash system.
The machine uses a linear continuous-motion washing process with a stationary drive. Different washing media, including water and compressed air, can be incorporated according to the required washing sequence. The automated system provides consistent vial handling and reduces manual intervention during the washing process.
With adjustable washing zones, customized washing sequences and suitable change parts, the Automatic Vial Washing Machine can be configured for different vial sizes and pharmaceutical production requirements.
