Products per minute. Machine design specially suitable for Viscose
Liquid or Gel/Paste, Balm, Petroleum Jelly which also require to Fill
HOT
with Temperature of more than 40 degree celsius.
The Machine can give speed of 300 Products per minute for appx. 50g.
Fill Volume. However, speed of machine is depending on nature of
Liquids, Neck Diameter of product and Fill Volume. Machine suitable for
Normal as well as Hot type of Liquid/Paste/Gel or Cream.
Machine construction in Stainless Steel finish with Single Head
Operation. All parts coming in contact with Liquids are made from S.S.
316 Materials.
Our Complete Line for Half Filling is tailored for round and flat-shaped bottles or jars, offering seamless integration with specialized cooling tunnels for balm and petroleum jelly, ensuring optimal consistency and product quality. The Cooling Tunnel for Balm and Cooling Tunnel for Petroleum Jelly efficiently regulate temperature-sensitive formulations, maintaining structural integrity post-filling.
